HOW TO GET THERE

Kolkotta/Guwahati are the main airport for the flight connection.

Numerous flights operate to/from Guwahati/Kolkotta, connecting the rest of the North Eastern States. Sikkim is connected through the airport at Bagdogra.

VISA/SPECIAL PERMITS

You can visit Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur and Tripura, Nagaland and Mizoram with the normal Indian Visa that you have procured in your country through the Indian Mission. In addition to the Indian Visa, you need certain special permits to visit the states like Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim.
